OUWPC run knockout competitions in Hilary term for college teams, singles and doubles. Trophies are awarded for all winners and some runners up. Entries for 2010 are now open! Deadline for entry: Saturday 30th January 2010 The team matches this year consist of 8 singles frames in total, and the teams can be made up of 4, 5 or 6 women (with each player playing a maximum of 2 frames). If the score is 4-4, a decider is played. At first the matches are in groups of teams in a league format, after which the top teams enter a knockout stage.
Fixture tables will be up on this site in week 3 and results will be filled in as we receive them. Results for all matches should be emailed to ally.smith@bnc.ox.ac.uk by the appropriate deadline. |
